Poll shows Hoosiers unhappy with Daniels, Bush
Monday, March 6th, 2006An AP story posted in today’s IndyStar: Daniels’ approval down to 37 percent shows Hoosiers statewide becoming unhappy with the performance of Gov. Mitch Daniels — his approval rating is down to 37 percent. Sixty percent of those polled said they opposed the proposed Toll Road lease. Similarly, President Bush’s approval ratings have dipped to 37 percent in Indiana, while 56 percent of Hoosiers disapprove of the President’s performance. The poll had an error margin of plus or minus 4.4 percent.
